Lasting impact starts with the people who know their communities best.
I believe the best nonprofits aren’t just built for communities—they’re built with them. My hope is to support and empower community-anchored leaders who are already doing the work but need the right tools, strategies, and connections to make a lasting impact.
I’ve been following Jesus for most of my life, and if there’s one thing I know, it’s that faith is a journey. My understanding of who God is and what God desires for people has been constantly growing and shifting—not away from belief, but toward a deeper, truer love for people. Over the years, I’ve come to see that my faith isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about how we show up for others, how we listen, and how we build relationships rooted in dignity, justice, and love.
That’s why I do this work. Not because I have all the solutions, but because I believe God is already at work in communities, and my role is to listen, learn, and support the people leading the way. I’m starting to write because I want to create a space where I can process, wrestle, and share what I’m learning—where faith, justice, leadership, and community can be explored honestly and openly. Writing allows me to reflect on the work I do, the questions I’m asking, and the ways I see God moving in the world around me.
